Smoked Fish Plate

Two types of fish and shrimp in a
creamy white sauce. The sauce is made
with cream, mozzarella cheese, and
lemon juice. The shrimp are sautéed in
butter with garlic.

Smoked Meat Platter

Three types of meat: smoked Basturma,
grilled NY strip steak, boiled beef
tongue with herbs and spices. The beef
tongue is then served with a sweet
sauce made with soy sauce.
